Manchester SC's  seeks to create a safe, fun, and highly competitive environment for youth soccer enthusiasts. We place player development above winning and strive to create great team chemistry among players and parents. Our mission is to develop and retain youth soccer players by giving them an enjoyable and memorable soccer experience. Players, parents, and coaches will maintain the highest level of sportsmanship regardless of game outcomes, referee performance, etc. We will win with grace and lose with dignity. We will treat our opponents with respect. We will set the standard for great athleticism, team spirit, and sportsmanship.

Our practices are organized to ensure that each player gets many touches on the ball, emphasizing in our sessions technique (~75%) over tactics (~25%), which is important in the early years of player development. Our work sessions are varied in order to introduce and develop many different skills in players. Practices and game strategies are always aimed at long term development over short term gain.
